Small Businesses, located in out of the way (or
difficult to describe) places, might want to consider maps.
If you have a superb product and you're doing a storefront retail
business, (requiring a visit to acquire your product), word of mouth
works well. Hand them out at the counter. If people REALLY like your
product they'll take those maps and give them to friends.
I'll draw them for you; any scale, any way, any size. Showing quite
clearly where you are. I'm good at maps. Examples shown are Post Card
